Dr. Isable is an experienced internist who received her medical training in her native New York. She did a combination pre-med and medical school program at City College of New York in Harlem, NY. Completed medical school in Upstate Medical University Syracuse, NY. In addition to practicing in primary care, she has held clinical leadership/ medical director positions at a home-visiting program and skilled rehabilitation facilities. Dr. Isable relocated to Maryland to attend a research institute at The National Institute on Minority Health and Health Disparities and complete her Master of Public Health at Johns Hopkins School of Public Health. She is board certified in Internal Medicine and Integrative Holistic Medicine.

Having almost 20 years of experience treating chronic conditions, her current focus is using lifestyle medicine and a wellness approach to reverse, delay or manage chronic illness. She provides consultations on wellness and lifestyle medicine in her practice. This was created from a passion to see adults with an improved health and quality of life in the future.
